合同審核合同風(fēng)控電子合同紙質(zhì)合同英文流利企業(yè)服務(wù)
Responsibilities：
1、Drafting Contracts,amendment requests authorization letters, etc.
2、ldentify and resolve contract issues; perform analysis and make
recommendations for issue resolution; provide appropriate, timely
escalation of issues. 3、Participate in system and process improvement projects
4、Participate in meetings and calls with Licensing, Finance, Legal and
licensees.
5、Perform other administrative department functions as necessary. 6、Reviews deal points (contract business terms) with Licensing, Finance,
and Lega determine course of action to resolve including referring the issues
to management,Legal, Finance, or Licensing. 7、Work with Credit & Collections to resolve licensee credit requirements. 8、Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting
accountability,teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements： 1、Bachelor's degree in law preferred, but Business Administration, Finance
degree acceptable provided if this is backed up with strong related experience. 2、6+ years of experience in contract administration, with prior experience with
entertainment industry is preferred. 3、Comprehensive understanding of contract management principles,
practices, and procedures.
4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
5、Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and
opportunities for process improvement.
6、Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in
contract management activities. 7、Proven track record of driving results and knowledge of industry-specific
regulations and compliance standards related to contract management
preferred. 8、Should be open to work in shifts/different time zones.
