Key areas of accountability:
1）Responsible for the group process of *** and PPCP.
2）Support RFQ/RFS on scrap/efficiency/investment.
3）Responsible for the group project efficiency, scrap, quality on target.
4）Support production for Sub-cons on productivity and technical aspects.
5）Advice on improvement activities of production related to quality & engineering.
6）Transfer technical know-how and trouble shooting skills from Development to manufacturing.
7）Assist mass production team to strengthen their trouble shooting skills and process engineering capabilities.
8）Assist plants set up their process management system for engineering department to ensure quality products are delivered to our customer.
9）Work with Process Engineers and Sub-cons to define line lay-out, line balancing, time study, manpower planning.
10）Guide and support the competency development of all Process Engineers.
11）Define continuous productivity improvement opportunities with Process Engineers and the action plan.
Qualification:
1）Academic / Professional Qualification: Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical
2）Working Experience: 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry
3）Expertise / Skills:
o Knowledge of problem-solving tool like, DOE.
o Able and willing to global communication
o Skill with project management, PMP is preferred
o Able to use SAP for related work.
o Able to use office software such as project and Viso
o Knowledge of design of process, machine, jig & fixture
o Able to work under procedure, have mindset of escalation in case out of control
