• 在供應(yīng)商工廠現(xiàn)場對機械和電氣部件進行尺寸、外觀和功能檢查，根據(jù)檢查清單、圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)范來執(zhí)行操作。Perform on-site dimensional, visual, and functional inspections at supplier factories for mechanical and electrical components, following inspection checklists, drawings, and technical specifications.

• 使用合適的計量工具（如卡尺、千分尺、多用電表等）并將檢查結(jié)果記錄在電子報告中。Use appropriate metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.) and document results in digital reports.

• 發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴重質(zhì)量缺陷時立即報告，防止不合格產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨。Identify and report critical defects immediately, preventing non-conforming products from being shipped.

• 通過詳細的報告實現(xiàn)檢驗的全面可追溯性，包括照片、測量數(shù)據(jù)和測試結(jié)果Ensure full traceability of inspections through detailed reports, including photos, measurements, and test results.

• 向供應(yīng)商反饋質(zhì)量問題，跟進立即糾正的措施，并驗證其效果。Communicate quality issues to suppliers, follow up on immediate corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.

• 與中山本地管理層及海外總部協(xié)作，分析根本原因，提出解決方案，并推動持續(xù)的質(zhì)量改進。Collaborate with local management in Zhongshan and headquarters abroad to analyze root causes, propose solutions, and drive sustainable quality improvements.

• 對返工后的零件進行合格性驗證，確保糾正措施完全實施到位。Validate part conformity post-rework and ensure corrective actions are fully implemented.

• 在既定質(zhì)量標準流程內(nèi)，能夠獨立決定產(chǎn)品的接收、拒收或需要采取必要的糾正措施。Make independent decisions regarding product acceptance, rejection, or necessary corrective actions, within defined quality protocols.

任職要求 Requirements: 學(xué)歷與經(jīng)驗 Education & Experience:

• 機械或電氣工程（或相關(guān)專業(yè)）本科或大專學(xué)歷；Bachelor’s degree or professional college diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

• 至少 2 年質(zhì)量檢驗、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理或制造相關(guān)經(jīng)驗（有機械/電氣零部件經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先）Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection, supplier quality management, or manufacturing (experience in mechanical/electrical components preferred).

技術(shù)技能 Technical Skills:

• 熟練閱讀工程圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)范；Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• 深刻理解 AQL 抽樣方案、質(zhì)量控制標準和產(chǎn)品缺陷分類；Strong understanding of AQL sampling plans, QC standards, and defect categorization.

• 熟悉各種測量工具（如卡尺、千分尺、三坐標測量機、多用電表等）；Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, or multimeters,etc.).

• 熟練使用電子工具進行報告（如 Excel、Minitab、Power BI 或 QC 軟件）；Proficient in digital tools for reporting (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or QC software).

• 有 PPAP 和供應(yīng)商審查經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；Experience with PPAP and supplier audits is a plus.

軟技能 Soft Skills:

• 注重細節(jié)，負責(zé)任，具有職業(yè)操守；Detail-oriented, responsible, and ethical.

• 具備良好的觀察力、分析能力和解決問題的能力；Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• 能夠在壓力下獨立工作并做出決策；Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

• 適應(yīng)力強，靈活應(yīng)變，能高效應(yīng)對變化；Adaptable and flexible, able to respond to changing situations efficiently.

• 具備良好的與供應(yīng)商溝通與談判的能力；Effective communication and negotiation skills when addressing suppliers.

語言要求 Languages:

• 普通話流利 Fluent in Mandarin.

• 主要工作語言為英語，需具備英語讀寫能力，口語流利者優(yōu)先。The primary working language is English, proficiency in reading and writing is required, spoken English is considered a plus.

出差要求 Travel Requirements:

• 需頻繁出差（70-80%），主要在廣東省內(nèi)，必要時全國出差；Frequent travel required (70-80%), primarily in Guangdong but also nationwide as needed.

• 持有有效駕駛執(zhí)照者優(yōu)先；Valid driver’s license is a plus.
