Responsibilities
1. Build and establish a skincare brand from scratch;
2. The overall operation of the new brand, the formulation of overall marketing and promotion plans, as well as the implementation of marketing plans;
3. Build the overall framework of the brand, establish brand awareness, and formulate a brand communication plan;
4. Integrate online and offline marketing activities, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Have experience in building a successful brand from scratch (cosmetics/skin care products/health supplements/fast-moving consumer goods);
2. Have the ability and experience to be fully responsible for brand operation and marketing;
3. Familiar with the US market and responsible for its development and expansion;
4. Fluent in English, familiar with the situation and consumption habits of the US market.
