任職資格：

5.熟練運用精益生產(chǎn)的工具和理論,；
Solid knowledge of lean tool and principles.

Good team player. Good capability in problem
identification and problem solving.
7.有責(zé)任感,專注的,和實踐型作風(fēng). 具有良好的溝通技巧及演講能力；

崗位職責(zé)：
1.負責(zé)生產(chǎn)運營工作, 包括生產(chǎn)、工藝、維修、模具管理、物流、倉庫、計劃、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、顏色開發(fā)等；
Overall responsibility of manufacturing
operation, includes production, IE, maintenance, tooling management, logistics,
warehouse, production quality, painting color development, etc.;
2.建立和維護一個良好的團隊環(huán)境，并激勵團隊，發(fā)展團隊成員；
Establish and maintain a good teamwork
environment & motivate the team member and development employees;
3.管理質(zhì)量,成本,交付,安全及系統(tǒng)的KPI,以有效地貢獻生產(chǎn)和利益的***化；
Manage the quality, cost, delivery, safety and
system KPI to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;
4.專注于精益制造系統(tǒng)的推廣和實施,推動持續(xù)改進.
Focus on the development and implementation of
lean manufacturing system, facilitate the continuously improvement.
5.參與新項目的開發(fā), 積極配合新項目導(dǎo)入部門的各項工作，支持其他部門活動的展開
Participate the new projects development;
actively support all tasks from Launch. Support other department’s activities
when required
