崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibility
1、銷(xiāo)售管理職位，負(fù)責(zé)其指定領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主要目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃； Sales management position,be responsible for the main target and plan in its field.

4、負(fù)責(zé)組織的銷(xiāo)售運(yùn)作，包括計(jì)劃、組織、進(jìn)度控制和檢討； be responsible for the organized sales ,including the plan, organization, the control of the procedure and the review.
5、協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)設(shè)置銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)、銷(xiāo)售模式、銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略、銷(xiāo)售預(yù)算和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃； Assist the Sales director to set up the sales target,sales mode,sales strategy,sales budget and award scheme.
6、建立和管理銷(xiāo)售隊(duì)伍，完成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)； Establish and manage the sales team and finish the sales target.
7、從銷(xiāo)售和客戶(hù)需求的角度，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)提供指導(dǎo)性建議。 to give the instructive advise on developing the product in the view of the customers
任職資格 qualification
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)； College or above, marketing related major
2、3年以上銷(xiāo)售行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有上海市場(chǎng)醫(yī)療、科學(xué)儀器經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先； have sales experience for more than two years, those who have the Shanghai medical or scientific instruments market can be first
3、具有豐富的客戶(hù)資源和客戶(hù)關(guān)系，業(yè)績(jī)優(yōu)秀； have good resourse or relationship of customer ,have achievement.
4、具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)分析、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力； have the abilities to do the market analysis,marketing ,promotion and can get along well with others Have the abilities to analysis and solve the probiem
