幼兒園園長(zhǎng)
崗位內(nèi)容： 1. 制定幼兒園教育教學(xué)計(jì)劃并指導(dǎo)實(shí)施； 2. 組織和推進(jìn)幼兒園各項(xiàng)管理工作，包括招生、財(cái)務(wù)、人事等； 3. 督促教職員工執(zhí)行教育教學(xué)工作和各項(xiàng)管理制度； 4. 建設(shè)并不斷完善幼兒園各項(xiàng)教育教學(xué)設(shè)施； 5. 對(duì)幼兒園的教育教學(xué)工作進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，及時(shí)解決問(wèn)題。 任職要求： 1. 具備本科及以上學(xué)歷，學(xué)前教育或相關(guān)專業(yè)； 2. 具有較強(qiáng)的教育教學(xué)能力和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 3. 具備較好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力； 4. 熟悉幼兒教育政策和教育法規(guī)。
