Job Duty & Responsibility:
Administration management for Beihai Service Center
- Documentation management, keep the legal documents of Branch office in order and updated for renewal eg. Business license, Organization certificate for entity, bank account certificate.
- Company car as well as the driver team management, according to company car policy and driver general principles, make improvements if needed.
- Service Center lease agreement and negotiation as main contact person and representative.
- Office common facility Suppliers management, maintenance and renovation, call maintenance services from office common supplier to improve performance.
- Office security including fire protection, emergency plan and contact with management office.
- Service centers, such as cleaning, shuttle bus, grass, guard, canteen contract, etc. follow up and monthly payment Taxi, hotel, air tickets booking, canteen payment.
- Organizing, corresponding, planning for company activities.
- Location communication in company internally, normal connections with government departments, annual report according to GOV. calendar
Assistant for Sales Region
- Taking care of travelling, accommodation, meeting agreement for sales director e.g.,
- Routine management report preparation.
- O-Chart updating regularly in assigned global database.
- Support daily work for sales director on business reporting, meeting minutes,Marketing support like CES, action/ to-do follow up.
- Planning and organizing Service Center team on activities or team building.
Marketing & Communications
- Publish Service Center’s important activity’s article and information updates on company Flow.
- Communications internally in services, areas, departments, and legal entities.
- Company big projects communication organization.
- Government related issues coordination.
Other tasks related functions assigned by management.
Job Requirement & Qualification:
- Good oral & written English skills.
- Willing to learn & hardworking.
- Strong & active service attitude & detail oriented with patience.
- Good command of computer skills.
- Responsible & reliable.
- Team work & good communications skills with others.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Marketing & sales experience take priority.
