Job description: 1.High speed bulk cable design for 32Gbps, 56Gbps, 112Gbps, 224Gbps and beyond 2.Raw cable simulation, optimization to meet cable assembly manufacture process and SI performance, work with supplier for prototype wire building and mass production. 3.Material investigation and research to improve cable loss and with competitive price for each category of cable 4.Round cable flexibility and memorability optimization, while keeps excellent insertion loss performance 5.Raw cable reliability test including mechanical/environmental/electrical to prove long term performance after mass production. 6.Other task assigned for new product development and maintenance work. RBA Duties: With rights and duties to understand RBA, and with the rights and duties to feedback problems and provide suggestions Requirement: 1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical/electronics/telecommunication Engineering, over 5 years communication bulk cable, or other bulk cable design working experience in multinational corporation would be preferred (Belden/LTK etc.). Project management experience is required. 2. English level to be CET-4 or equivalent, fluent in reading and writing, spoken good is preferred. 3.Mastering of tools, TDRs, VNAs. HFSS preferred. 4.Skills on Solidworks or Pro/E 3D design preferred 5.Good communication skill and work attitude, responsible and willing to learn to progress.
