崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)模具委外的各種模具鋼材料選型、熱處理工藝、加工工藝及裝配調(diào)試。
Responsible for coordinating the selection of various mold steel materials, heat treatment processes, processing techniques, and assembly and debugging for the outsourced molds.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)模具保養(yǎng)、維修與壽命管理。
Be responsible for the maintenance, repair and life management of molds.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)模具開發(fā)全周期的跟蹤:評(píng)審DFM報(bào)告、供應(yīng)商審核、成本控制、試模問題跟蹤直至量產(chǎn)。
Responsible for the entire cycle tracking of mold development: Review DFM reports, conduct supplier audits, control costs, track trial mold issues until mass production.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)與客戶、供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)部門的溝通,支持國(guó)際團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,解決注塑相關(guān)的技術(shù)爭(zhēng)議(如OEM特殊要求)。
Be responsible for communication with customers, suppliers, and the production department, support international team collaboration, and resolve technical disputes related to injection molding (such as OEM special requirements).
5. 運(yùn)用各種精益工具(如SMED快速換模、TPM),推動(dòng)工藝優(yōu)化與成本降低,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析(OEE、報(bào)廢率)識(shí)別改善點(diǎn)。
Utilize various lean tools (such as SMED rapid process reconfiguration, TPM), promote process optimization and cost reduction, and identify improvement points through data analysis (such as OEE, scrap rate).
6. 參與工藝調(diào)試:注塑參數(shù)(溫度、壓力、速度),優(yōu)化注塑過程中各種缺陷。
Process debugging: Injection molding parameters (temperature, pressure, speed), optimizing various defects in the injection molding process.
7. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他相關(guān)工作。
Other related tasks assigned by the leader.
崗位要求Job requirements:
1. 學(xué)歷:要求大專及以上學(xué)歷。
Education and Majors Education: College degree or above is generally required.
2. 專業(yè):模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造、機(jī)械工程、高分子材料、機(jī)電一體化等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。Majors: mold design and manufacturing, mechanical engineering, polymer materials, mechatronics and other related fields.
3. 流利英語(yǔ)(書面及口語(yǔ))。
Fluent in English (written and spoken) .
4. 8~10年經(jīng)驗(yàn),需具備復(fù)雜注塑模具開發(fā)或項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Work experience 8~10 years of experience, with complex injection mold development or project management experience.
5. 熟悉Catia/UG/AutoCAD等設(shè)計(jì)軟件。
Master Catia/UG/AutoCAD and other design software.
6. 熟悉模具設(shè)計(jì):熟悉分型面、滑塊/斜頂機(jī)構(gòu)、澆注系統(tǒng)(熱流道/冷流道)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),排氣系統(tǒng)等,并能指導(dǎo)模具的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
Familiar with mold design: familiar with parting line, slider/inclined top mechanism, gating system (hot runner/cold runner), cooling system design, venting system, etc., and be able to guide the optimization design of mold.
7.材料知識(shí):熟悉工程塑料(PP, ABS, PC, PA+GF等)特性及對(duì)模具壽命的影響。
Material knowledge: familiar with the characteristics of engineering plastics (PP, ABS, PC, PA GF, etc.) and their impact on the life of the mold.
8.熟練使用Moldflow進(jìn)行填充、冷卻、翹曲預(yù)測(cè),能解讀并分析相關(guān)報(bào)告。
Proficient in using Moldflow for filling, cooling, and warpage prediction, and able to interpret and analyze relevant reports.
9.風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與升級(jí)機(jī)制處理能力。
Risk identification and escalation mechanism processing capacity.
10.可以獨(dú)立推進(jìn)流程并具有很強(qiáng)的上手能力。
Strong Hands-on mentality to drive processes independently.
11.開發(fā)過程中,能適應(yīng)短期出差(供應(yīng)商工廠或者其他地點(diǎn))。
National travel must be included. During the development the candidate will have to spend time at the tool supplier.
