1.Provide strategic HR support to the plant to support it's achievement of the business goals.
2.Attract, retain and motivate the right people.
3.Improve individual competence, assure healthy inter-and intra-group relationships and enhance organizational capabilities of initiating and managing changes in order to strengthen organization effectiveness.
4.Review annual HC budget submitted by all departments; Propose and get approval of annual budget on Admin cost, C&B cost and L&D investment.
任職資格:
1.Bachelor's degree with major in human resources management or related fields preferred
2.Over 5 years HR relevant experience with MNC
3.Understanding of the business and have a strategic view of HRM
4.Knowledge of the functional HR methodologies and tools for recruitment, C&B and O&D

任職資格:
1. 擁有人力資源管理專業(yè)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位者優(yōu)先。
2. 在跨國(guó)公司擁有超過(guò)5年的人力資源相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. 理解業(yè)務(wù),并具有人力資源管理的戰(zhàn)略視角。
4. 掌握與招聘、人力資源管理與開(kāi)發(fā)以及組織發(fā)展相關(guān)的功能性人力資源方法和工具。
